30 Litre Extra Large Cold Chain / Vaccine Transportation Bag

Our 30 Litre Extra Large Cold Chain / Vaccine Transportation Bag is our biggest yet and is ideal for large quantities. This carrier is ideal for transporting cold chain items for a longer period of time, such as for day-long community visits. These larger bags can be heavy when fully loaded with coolant and chilled contents, thus an integrated trolley option is also available.

The exterior of this lightweight bag features an adjustable/ removable padded shoulder strap for easy transportation. There is also a large clear document window for identification labels or address labels. The medical cooler is secured with high-quality metal fittings and zips which are tamper evident and traceable when used with numbered or barcoded security seals.

Features

The bag is made from a durable 250D tarpaulin an infection prevention friendly material that is wipe clean, waterproof and antibacterial. The temperature inside the bag remains within the desired range for longer with:

• Internal zip flap to prevent cool air releasing
• Additional internal clear lid with hand slip-in sleeve
• Thick insulation pillow & 3 thermal separators
• Mesh inside pockets for securing large coolant blocks
• Data logger and identity compartment, secured and visual

Handling of the bag is made easy with a double padded hand grip and ladder handles for 2 person carrying. A trolley is available separately for smooth manoeuvrability.

Extensive Independent testing has been conducted and full reports are available upon request.

Tests in 2020 show these bags holding cold chain for up to 7 hours when coolant is used. We always advise using coolant to extend cold chain timings, 4 large blocks and 8 gels. It should be noted that time contents remain below 8°C will vary depending on the load, ambient temperature, quantity and positioning of the coolant and temperature of contents when loaded. It is always advised to use a data logger to continually measure the temperature of contents.
